Very upsetting. We hired aonelandscaping to landscape our front yard. Bal broke the cover to the sewer and a piece fell in. He said he would have the city come remove this piece. This never happened and caused a sewer flood in our basement. The plumber was here for hours trying to figure out why. This ended up the cause, with a huge plumbing bill. I contacted Bal and he tried to blame me and then stopped answering my messages. Very unprofessional and cost us a lot of money
