H&R Block District Office

I was told \yes\ when I asked if I could bring in digital documents but when I arrived they refused to accept my memory stick. They did not provide an email address. Our appointment took less than two hours but the total cost for my wife and I was over $500. Totally outrageous! The cost was never explained. I would never go back.

No one there seems to have any idea what they are doing. My accountant spent more time wandering around, looking for help, than he did on actually filing my taxes. 30 minutes to do the taxes, then another 40 to get everything signed. It was the most basic tax return imaginable, and I was charged $132 for the pleasure. Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs, and I will be doing my own from now on. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ive ever had at an H&R block, the lady was angry because I was a couple minutes early and wouldnt even look me in the eye the whole appointment, she is so rude she should NOT be in customer service.. sucks I need to find a different tax place
