This company took $1100.00 from me for a license then closed a week later on May 5th 2022. Ironically this site is still being used and they still answer the same phone number and I hear Northern Protocol adds on the Radio. Sounds like they are still in business, however they claim they are a different company with the same staff, web site and phone numbers. They claim they cant refund the money because they didnt buy the business???

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else. Want the best????... Go to Northern.

Excellent staff amazing fast service. I had a faulty graphics card and with little to no experience in graphic cards i turned to them. They are extremly friendly, helpful, and know everything i needed to find out about my PC. Not only did they figure out what was wrong but i was also able to buy the one of the best graphic cards on the market thru them and they installed it super fast for me. Their prices are cheap for the quailty of service you get from them.I will always bring my PC back there
