We had been disappointed with this restaurant in the past, but from the comments here, we thought the new management turned the place around. We are disappointed again.
The shrimp was a bit overdone but tasty, but the seafood platter was a disaster. The items on the platter were either over done or under done. When we pointed that out ,we were given the opportunity to switch for something else, which we took. Then when they brought the bill, they
charged us for the platter, even though the replacement dish we ordered was cheaper. The only explanation they offered for this, was that some of the food was missing when we returned the under and/or over done platter. You have got to be kidding.
As if this wasn't enough, part way through our dinner, a large group arrived and obviouslythey did not have room to seat them properly. So, they proceeded to seat a group of 12 at a
table that should have held 8. Needless to say there a LOT of noise and confusion while everything
was rearranged. When we finally paid our bill and were leaving (for the last time), they were rearranging the group
again.
I read so much good things about this restaurant...
I read so much good things about this restaurant on this site that I decided to go with my wife to try it out. Don't get me wrong - it isn't terrible, but it isn't excellent either. I would say mediocre. THey have decent Greek food- the souvlaki was a little dry however, and so was the baklava. THe calamari - a little undercooked, but ok. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was ok - but I found that the tables are too close together and a little too crammed. Kind of felt like it was more of a fast food Greek place, not casual dining. Nothing to rave about, nothing to really complain about, I think I just had much higher expectations because of the reviews and because I have had better Greek food.

My girlfriend and I heard that the restaurant was under new managment. Let me tell you OPA to the new Managment! The food was excellent and the portions were VERY large and all priced at a reasonable price. The Service was excellent, the restaurant was very busy so we realized that our food may take longer because of what we ordered. But we sat back enjoyed the stmosphere and ate AMAZING dinner. I was most impressed when Chef Andy came around to the tables and spoke to the customers, no better service then the chef himself asking you how the food tasted. We will become regulars now.
