Andrew Chen is the artisan behind Kai Design, a business he created in 2009. This young entrepreneur dreamt of one day opening his own graphic design studio. "That idea I had to launch a business eventually became an objective, but it was still blurry. I knew I wanted to have my own graphic design studio to work on motivating projects and create my own work, but I knew I needed some sort of competitive advantage in this saturated market," recalls Andrew of Kai Design’s inception.
The young businessman knew that reaching his objective wouldn’t be an easy task, and that he needed to learn numerous business skills to make his dream a reality. "In 2008, I obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree, which allowed me to understand the management aspect of operating one’s own business and to be able to lead my professional graphic design practice."
