We have been customers of Charmichael's for years and believe them to be the most honest and fair repair service around. My son who lives in Montreal relayed the following: "My band was heading to Hamiton to play a Friday night gig when our van broke down on the 401 while passing through Kingston. The tow truck driver piled us into his truck and took us to Charmichaels where we received the best service! They fixed our van and we were able to make our Hamilton gig on time! "

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)

I have brought this to the attention of several friends of mine who have needed batteries, all were very satisfied, and saved money. I will be going there to buy my boat battery!

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

Went in for a value added oil change special and service / prices were so good that I dealt with some other issues that I had figured my Honda was having as well. In and out in great time and staff was very professional & courteous. They explained all options in terms I could understand with no pressure. I will be back!
