I called in the morning, explaining that I had a tire with low pressure. Dominik (spelled wrong probably) was very accommodation and friendly. I got an appointment within 2 hours of calling. They fixed the problem with breaking the bank. I’m so grateful and appreciative of the service and overall customer service. Would highly recommend OK TIRES for any service. Bancroft location.

We blew a brake line in Algonquin Park and assumed our vacation was pretty much toast. Abby behind the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Andrew in the garage went right to work, fitted us with a new line and had us back on the road within an hour. He was absolutely terrific, a real professional. Their pricing was outstanding.
