This shop is top-notch! I've had my retro 1978 VW bus serviced by them multiple times and have always been very satisfied by the quality of their service and the final price at the end of the day. They clearly have a very skilled team of mechanics working at this shop who are dedicated to helping their clients the best they can.
My last service was time-sensitive and this shop got all the work done in time and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend this shop if you're in Nelson

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

came in on a busy sunday and had a great experience. store was busy, lined up out the door but the staff were quick and efficient. even though they were busy they took time to thank me for my patience. i was riding through town and my bike had a flat, the girl helped me pick out a product and it worked great. very knowledgeable staff and a great experience all around thank you lordco for your help
