Tried couple of laser clinics using discounted coupons and I was very dissapointed.... I guess you get what you pay for. Then a friend of mine told me about this place. I was very impressed with the consultation, it was very informative and there was no selling pressure. After three treatments, I see the results and I am very happy with my choice. I have been going to this salon for over a year and Grace has given me consistent and excellent results every time. I wanted platinum blonde hair and she is the best in the city. I have had bad experiences in the past with numerous 'colourists" but Grace has never let me down. She's the best. Highly recommend her. The staff is excellent, courteous, friendly and accommodadting. 5 out of 5!

She is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, bar none and I’m never disappointed. I attended an appointment at Opus Glow Concept Spa in Whitby on Saturday April 27. The experience was by far the best spa experience of my life. I have previously worked in the Salon and Spa business for 17 years, and have visted many Spa's as a client over the years, and none can compare to or come close to the service and attention to detail that I experienced at this spa. My Esthetician's name is Sandra and she was so very professional and efficient while being informative, friendly and warm during all my services. If you want a true spa experience with a peaceful zen atmosphere, and a healthy natural approach to skin and beauty, then this is the Spa for you. Outstanding. Three and a half hours of bliss. I will never attend another spa, this is the spa for me, and only minutes from my home and office.

I haven't had the best results from my last few salon visits so I decided to try something new. A girl in one of my classes told me her stylist always had new trendy things to try with her and always loved the results. She was right! I found the plaza easily... right off the highway!... and everyone welcomed me as soon as I stepped through the door. I was surprised how nice my hair felt after.. usually it feels dry and crispy after a dye and high lights but it still feels and looks great! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!
