I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. If you come here once, I GUARANTEE that you will never go anyplace else

Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon.
I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened.
I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon.

Mary is amazing. I have always struggled with my hair, it usually ends up in a frizzy ponytail, until I met Mary. Not only did she find a flattering hairstyle that I love, she listens to my requests. I have never left unhappy in the four years I have been going to West Endz.

I'm not a reviewer but I think talent needs to be recognised. I've been coming for my highlights with Tony for almost 25 years and he has been doing the hair of my colleagues and one of my sister for the longest time. I always love the look and feel of my hair every time I leave and I appreciate his honesty recommending what's best for me. I send him countless people over the years, who have always thanked me after for the recommendation. If you want great highlights, this is the place for it.

So warm and friendly! They take their work very seriously and are so kind and personable! Had my nails done by Sarah and they came out better than I could have asked for, my manicure came out so natural and my pedicure came out so vibrant!! Flawless and shiny! They go to great lengths to follow health board laws and everything is so sanitary and clean! I was sent home with the buffers they used on me! Come if you want gorgeous nails friendly service and sanitary equipment all for a great price!

I just recently received a facial and I can say I have been to many places and this was the first facial that left my skin feeling good for more then just the rest of the day! The facials offered are designed for you specifically. Normally you pick a package before and I am not a professional how do I know what I need. This makes way more sense! Never been happier!

Great place to come get your nails done, friendly clean and the ladies really know what they are doing and know how to give a client a 5 star experience. Got my acrylic nails filled here, 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping, they also have a wide range of gel colors! Stop by if youre around courtice, prices are also unbeatable!

I recently visited the salon and had my nails done by Samantha, their new artist, and I couldn’t be happier! After trying so many nail artists, I finally found the one. Samantha expertly manicured and designed my nails beautifully, all in record time and at a very reasonable price. The best part? It’s been three weeks, and my nails still look flawless! I am SO lucky to find Gabriela. I will travel to the ends of the earth for her electrolysis. I will not see anyone else. I have seen excellent results. She is so exceptionally attentive, clean, and a perfectionist - even before Covid - that I always feel safe in her hands. (I lived in the UK for two years and was scarred badly by people who had thriving businesses in posh areas - charging a lot! - but clearly did not know what they were doing.) Not sure about new clients right now though!

After experiencing a handful of bad services from other salons, I finally found the perfect place to do my nails, eyebrows and facial! This place produces a consistent and excellent quality of services. Every time I get my nails done, I leave with a big smile on my face as I'm very satisfied and impressed! Anna and all the other girls are just fantastic!
